Campfires are allowed but must be in fire pits surrounded by dirt, rock, or commercial rings and in areas not conducive to rapid fire spread. Campfires should be attended at all times and completely extinguished prior to leaving. Restrictions apply to chainsaws (8 p.m. to 1 p.m. only for non-permit holders), generators (10-foot clearance required), smoking (enclosed vehicles/buildings/cleared areas only), and off-road travel (prohibited except within 300 feet of dispersed campsites).
